Welcome to TechCognita Digital Solutions. By accessing our website, entering into a service proposal, or contracting engineering and marketing services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

TechCognita provides software engineering, website development, workflow automation, Google & Meta advertising management, and digital growth consulting. Each engagement is governed by an agreed written proposal or statement of work detailing milestones, deliverables, timelines, and costs.

2. Intellectual Property & Source Code Transfer

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, upon full payment of project invoices, all agreed project deliverables, custom source code, documentation, and specific digital assets created exclusively for the client are transferred 100% to the client.

3. Payment Terms & Milestones

Project payments are structured around clearly defined milestone deliveries. Typically, an initial discovery deposit is required prior to development, with subsequent payments linked to testable staging demonstrations and final production handover.

4. Limitation of Liability

TechCognita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use delivered software or advertising platforms beyond the total fees paid under the governing project agreement.
