Refund and Cancellation Policy

At TechCognita Digital Solutions, we are committed to delivering custom software, automation, and marketing services with the highest standard of engineering integrity. Because our services involve dedicated architectural planning and custom code development, our refund terms operate on milestone transparency.

1. Milestone-Based Billing & Demonstrations

Every software project is broken down into defined milestones (e.g. Discovery, Architecture, Core Sprints, Staging Review, Production Deployment). Clients review and approve each staging milestone before the next milestone invoice is billed.

2. Cancellation Prior to Milestone Work

If a client elects to pause or cancel a project before work has commenced on a scheduled milestone sprint, any unapplied funds for that upcoming milestone will be promptly refunded within 14 business days.

3. Completed Milestone Deliverables

Once a milestone has been engineered, demonstrated on staging, approved by the client, and handed over, fees paid for that completed work are non-refundable.
