1. Delivery Timeline & Staging Milestones
Standard project timelines range from 1–3 weeks for focused automation and landing page funnels, up to 4–10 weeks for complex custom web applications and ERP software. Progress is delivered via live staging environments where clients test features interactively.
2. Final Production Handover Package
Upon project completion, final settlement, and sign-off, our delivery handover package includes:
- Production deployment to the client's approved cloud hosting account (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, or VPS).
- Transfer of the primary Git repository containing 100% of custom source code.
- Technical documentation detailing architecture, environment secrets, and maintenance procedures.
- Operational training session for client administrators and key personnel.
3. Post-Delivery Warranty & Support
Every software delivery includes an agreed post-launch warranty period to monitor live production stability and resolve any bugs promptly without additional charge.
